We’re excited to announce that we’ve added Alabama-based company Ashley Boat & RV to our network of authorized Carolina Skiff and Sea Chaser dealers!

Since 1997, Ashley Boat & RV [ABR], previously known as Columbus Camper & Marine, has provided quality sales and service to the communities of Lake Martin, East Alabama and Western Georgia.

Run by father/son duo William and Patrick, ABR is slated to receive its first shipment of Carolina Skiff and Sea Chaser boats this week.

“For the value, [the Carolina Skiff brand is] a great boat to buy,” said Patrick, ABR’s General Store Manager. “They have models for everybody, from 16-foot to even smaller, and bigger offshore boats.”

Located in Opelika, Alabama, Patrick said they serve a variety of customers in the fresh and saltwater markets.

“They’re a great quality boat for our Lake Martin area and our local boaters who go to the beach,” added Patrick. “We’re only 2.5 hours away [from the ocean]. A lot of our local customers who buy boats usually buy saltwater boats to go to the beach.”

In the future, Patrick said he and his father are planning two big events for the dealership to showcase its line of Carolina Skiff and Sea Chaser boats, including a Bass fishing tournament on Sept. 14 and an ABR Boat Show in Spring of 2020. For anyone interested in either event, Patrick said more information would be posted to the company’s Facebook page in the coming months.
