CAROLINA SKIFF WARRANTY Carolina Skiff, LLC. warrants the hulls bottom construction against delamination or separation for a period of Five Years, providing that the integrity of the hull and floor hasn't been damaged by improper rigging, user damage or neglect. Carolina Skiff, LLC. does not warrant gel coat imperfections, stress cracks, optional accessories or their installation, rub rail, logos, decals, or bow eyes. MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY Carolina Skiff, LLC. warrants to the original owner that the boat hull manufactured by Carolina Skiff, LLC. is, at the time of purchase, free from hull structure defects in workmanship and will remain free from such defects under normal use after delivery to the original retail purchaser as provided here, within the limitations of this warranty.Boat hulls are warranted for a period of (60) sixty months. The foregoing Warranty does not apply to:(1) damage resulting from:(a) Misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, negligence, vandalism, fire, riot, war,or Acts of God;(b) Structural or other modification or alteration without prior express written authorization by Carolina Skiff, LLC.;(c) Repair or attempted repair by unauthorized persons;(d) Engine use or load capacities in excess of the maximum recommended by Carolina Skiff,LLC.(e) Improper trailering or towing;(f) Racing or other competitive use whether for profit, recreation or otherwise.(2) Gelcoat, finish, stress cracks, optional accessories or their installation, rub rail, bow eyes, lettering and decals, including, but not limited to adhesion, fading or discoloration thereof. (TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY) Except as expressly stated herein, Carolina Skiff makes no express or implied warranties or representations and further, Carolina Skiff makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. No person is authorized by Carolina Skiff to alter, enlarge or extend express or implied warranties or to alter or amend disclaimers, other than as set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The remedy available under this Limited Warranty is non-cumulative in nature and is limited to repair or replacement, at Carolina Skiff option, of the boat hull which is returned to a location approved by Carolina Skiff, LLC. with transportation charges prepaid, and which Carolina Skiff examination discloses to its satisfaction to be defective. Carolina Skiff, LLC.'s liability under this Limited Warranty does not extend to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of boat (or loss of profit resulting therefrom), injury to property or persons, or any other special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. All claims under this Limited Warranty must be submitted in writing to an authorized Carolina Skiff, LLC. Independent Dealer within the warranty period as stated herein and approved by Carolina Skiff, LLC. prior to allowance thereof. The provisions hereof constitute the exclusive and complete warranty by Carolina Skiff on boat hulls manufactured by it, and is in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities of Carolina Skiff , whether express or implied.
