A: Carolina Skiff recommends bunk type trailers for all the skiff product brands.

Q. Can I purchase a boat or accessories directly from the factory?
A. No. We do not sell direct, but one of our authorized Carolina Skiff or Sea Chaser Dealers will be glad to assist you.

Q. Do you have a Dealer near me?
A. We have a large network of Dealers, and you can find all of our Carolina Skiff and Sea Chaser Dealers by clicking the “Find A Dealer” on our navigation bar.

Q. How do I order one of your catalogs?
A. You can request one of our catalogs by clickick the “Request Catalog” tab located at the top of the page. Complete the form and click the “Click To Submit” button. Your catalog request order will be filled and a catalog will forwarded to your address along with the three nearest Dealers to the zip code entered.

Q. Are your boat hulls or transoms constructed with any wood?
A. The Carolina Skiff hull is built using 100% composite materials. This allows for a solid durable, wood free hull.

Q. Where can I get a custom cover for my Carolina Skiff or Sea Chaser?
A. Hodges Manufacturing Company make custom covers for the boats we build. Contact them at (912) 534-5733.

Q. How can I determine what Hp my boat is rated for?
A. The capacity plate on the back of the boat will indicate the Maximum allowed Hp, Weight Capacity and Maximum number of Persons for that particular model.

Q I want to upgrade from my 2-Stroke engine to a new 4-Stroke, but will the transom handle the extra weight of a heavier 4-stroke?
A The transoms on the Carolina Skiff and Sea Chaser boats will safely accommodate the 4-stroke motor. Note: Do not exceed the Max. Hp for your boat.

Q. I recently purchased a pre-owned Sea Chaserboat and the hull still has Warranty on it. How can I have the warranty registration changed to my name?
A. It is simple. Mail us your name, address, and a copy of the Bill of Sale complete with boat model, motor info, and hull ID number. Along with a note asking that the registration be changed to your name, and we will take care of this for you. Q. How do I know I have the best motor prop and pitch for my size boat?
A. Your authorized Carolina Skiff or Sea Chaser Dealer is the best source for that information. In most cases the Dealership set the prop and pitch according to their experience of performance for your particular boat model, so give your Dealer a call for the best answer.
